About the event
Location
The conference will be held at Graduate Cincinnati, a newly renovated hotel and event venue located on the University of Cincinnati campus. The conference venue is located at 151 Goodman Street, Cincinnati, OH, just minutes from downtown and all of its local attractions.
The Graduate has on-site dining (including Fiona’s, a restaurant named after Cincinnati Zoo’s famous hippo!); complimentary wifi; beautiful outdoor spaces including a patio, gardens, and an outdoor fountain; and award-winning conference facilities.

- Wednesday July 27: Workshops and Pre-Conference Meetings, Conference Kick-Off
- Thursday and Friday July 28-29: Concurrent and Plenary Sessions
- Saturday July 30: Site Visits of Nature-Based Programs

To take advantage of the discounted rate, you must book your room by July 1, 2022.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm EST and check-out time is before 11:00 am. Special arrangements can be made to guarantee early check-in or late check-out prior to your arrival at a half-day rate based upon availability.

Getting There & Parking
Fun fact: Cincinnati is located within a day's drive of about half of the country’s total populace!
The hotel has a conveniently located covered parking structure on-site. Self-parking is available for $10 per night. Daytime parking exceeding four hours is available for $10.
If you are traveling from farther away, the closest airport is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), located a 30-minute drive from Graduate Cincinnati.
This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
